We wire power and controls for air conditioning, FCUs and condenser units, build and install mechanical switchboards (MSSBs), set VSD drives, fit isolators where the plant needs them, and terminate DDC/BMS interfaces so the controls guys can commission clean. Chillers, pumps, fans — same crews, same AS/NZS 3000 standard. We work with mechanical contractors across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW, Brisbane to Byron. Recent work: full plant power and controls package for a multi-level commercial AC upgrade on the Gold Coast — MSSB, FCUs, outdoor units and BMS points handed over ready for the mech contractor’s commissioning run.
